You are working on your todos, I know. You have some goals and thinking about them. You have a meeting in a few hours and need to prepare for it. You have many abandoned projects which you are still excited about. But again, what are you focused on right now? Why are you doing the things you are doing daily? What's the one thing that gives you goosebumps among all the other stuff? What's in the center that attracts you towards itself?
I like automating processes, but sometimes I feel I overdo it. I don't want my life to be automated. I want full awareness and joy in my life. The question "What are you focused on right now?" triggers many thoughts that bring attention and awareness to my daily life even it doesn't have any answers at all. Having variations of the same question with different words also helps you to prevent answering habitually.
